Last Wednesday, 5th July, at the Aula Dei Experimental Station of the CSIC (Scientific Research Council) in Zaragoza, a group of 40 professionals met to celebrate an open day with the LIFE Multibiosoil technical seminar.
It was a revealing morning and full of activities. The day began with a variety of presentations on the Multibiosol project and related topics.
After the talks, the attendees received a guided tour of the CSIC farms and continued with a nearby plot where the first experiments are underway with the 100% biodegradable film.
Jésus Val and Diego Redondo of the EEAD-CSIC and Jesús Abadías de Cooperativas Agroalimentarias de Aragón guided the attendees, actively answering questions about the implementation and effectiveness of the new technology, besides exposing the successes, difficulties and improvements that are being carried out. This event was the first time an open group of people could see Multibiosol technology in action..
